Ingredients

9 servings
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1 piece of jicama cut into cubes
  • enough of green lemon to serve with
  • enough of chamoy to serve with
  • enough of chile piquín powder to serve with

    Preparation

    Blend the water with the sugar and the jicama until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
    Place the mixture in a metal container and freeze for 1 hour, remove from refrigerator and stir the mixture. Repeat the process several times to form your sorbet. Serve some scoops in a glass and accompany with a few drops of lemon, chamoy and chili powder. Enjoy
