The lemon and mint granita is something that you can eat in the middle of the afternoon to refresh yourself. They are two ingredients that give that feeling and more when they are prepared in a cold way.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1/2 Water
  • 2 cups lemon juice, casting
  • 20 leaves Fresh mint

Preparation

Heat sugar with water over low heat for 10 min.
Add lemon juice and mint leaves. Leave it for 2 more minutes.
Wait until it cools a little, liquefy the mixture and leave at room temperature.
Freeze and every 30 min remove from the freezer and re-liquefy.
