The lemon granita is something you can eat in the afternoon to cool off. It tastes delicious and it is nothing fattening.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1/2 Water
  • 2 cups lemon juice, casting

Preparation

Heat sugar with water over low heat for 10 min.
Add the lemon juice. Leave it for 2 more minutes.
Wait until it cools a little, liquefy the mixture and leave at room temperature.
Freeze and every 30 min remove from the freezer and re-liquefy.
