The refreshing mango granita that you can eat at any time of the day. And the best of all is that it is nothing fattening!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 milliliters Water
  • 3 grams mango

Preparation

Heat sugar with water over low heat for 10 min.
Add the mango.
Wait until it cools a little, liquefy the mixture and leave at room temperature.
Freeze and every 30 min remove from the freezer and re-liquefy.
