Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preparation

Remove the banana peel and place in a freezer bag, add the almond milk and close the bag. Freeze for 2 hours or until very frozen.
Once it has a solid consistency, add it to a food processor with peanut butter and cinnamon. Grind perfectly to obtain the desired consistency.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl.

TIPS

You can substitute almond milk for soy milk.

A través de Android Tuve que bajar de la colcha de limón y cebolla mi pechuga y hacerle unos cortes porque no la sentía bien cocida. Como fue día de salida, me la llevé para comer en la calle! Muy buena! El perejil, como ya lo dije antes, lo puse al final, como adorno, porque la receta no indica cuando debe y donde cocinarlo.
