The sorbet has a softer and lighter consistency than ice cream, it is perfect for a hot afternoon. Enjoy a delicious strawberry yoghurt sorbet.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 cups strawberry, in slices
  • 1/2 cups beet juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey, liquid

Preparation

In a not very deep mold that can be put in the freezer, mix the yoghurt with the strawberries, the beet juice and the honey.
Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until the consistency is firm.
If the consistency is very hard, you can put it in the refrigerator to soften it.
