Preparation
In a not very deep mold that can be put in the freezer, mix the yoghurt with the strawberries, the beet juice and the honey.
Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until the consistency is firm.
If the consistency is very hard, you can put it in the refrigerator to soften it.
