Preparation
Put the shredded coconut in a deep dish.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Dip the top of the waffles in the chocolate.
Pass the wafers over the almonds so that they stick to the chocolate, try to make it only from the outside of the wafer.
Let them wring face down until they dry.
Serve them with your favorite ice cream.
