Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 grams White chocolate
  • 200 milliliters cream, Whiskey
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 600 milliliters milk cream
  • plastic wrap

Preparation

Mix the chocolate in pieces with half of whiskey cream.
Take the microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate melts (mix constantly until homogenized).
Add the rest of the whiskey cream and mix until homogenizing. Allow to cool and set aside.
Beat the whites together with the sugar until they form strong peaks and reserve.
In addition, whisk the cream to half a point and add it to the mixture of chocolate and whiskey cream.
Mix with enveloping movements until partially integrated.
Finally add the mixture of whites and sugar integrates with enveloping movements to homogenize cover with plastic wrap and take to the freezer for 2 hours.
