Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 grams White chocolate
  • 200 milliliters cream, Whiskey
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 600 milliliters whipping cream

Preparation

Mix the chopped chocolate with half the whiskey cream.
Microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate melts (mix constantly to homogenize).
Add the rest of the whiskey cream and mix until smooth, let cool and reserve.
Beat the whites together with the sugar until they form strong peaks and set aside.
In addition, beat the milk cream to medium point and add it to the mixture of chocolate and whiskey cream.
Mix with enveloping movements until partially integrated.
Finally add the mixture of whites and sugar integrates with enveloping movements until homogenized, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
