Frozen Yogurt Pallets

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cups strawberry yoghurt, (or the one of your preference)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • chocolate frosting, (necessary amount)
  • walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • grated coconuts, (optional)
  • rice cereal, (optional)

Preparation

In the blender put the milk, yogurt, oats and banana and blend until you get a homogeneous smoothie (if it is too thick, add a little more milk).
We fill molds for pallets (or in small glasses and put a wooden stick) and put them in the freezer until they are completely frozen.
Melt the chocolate coating in a bain-marie (to make it liquid) and submerge the pallets there.
In trays or bowls we place jams to taste (chopped nuts, grated coconut, cereals, dragees, etc. and before the chocolate dries, roll the pallets or sprinkle them with this).

PRESENTATION

They can place everything on a table for a sleepover or meeting and have each person prepare it to their liking.

TIPS

They can substitute the yogurth for the one they prefer or natural and use frozen strawberries or the fruits they like the most and add sugar if they wish or eliminate oats.
