Preparation
Squeeze the six lemons and make sure to strain the juice so that no seeds go.
Do the same with the oranges until filling a full cup.
Mix the two juices in a deep bowl with the tablespoons of agave or sugar and stir well. Try it and if you consider that you need more sweetness add a little more.
Add the tequila horse, if you want a stronger flavor you can add another one. But take care that the taste of tequila does not dull the taste of lemon and orange.
Pour the mixture into plastic cups or palette molds. Put in the freezer for 35 minutes and insert the stick when a thin layer of ice has formed and no longer moves from the center.
Once frozen we will proceed to place them. For this I recommend having a bowl with a little boiling water to make it easier to unmold them. Place the palette in the bowl and turn it until it gently comes out of the glass. Do not pull too much of the stick so that it does not come off.
Place a little chili pepper and salt on a plate and pass the paddles either rolling or placing only on the tip.
