Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups of watermelon in cubes and without seeds
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of Splenda® Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Kiwi in cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of mint
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Splenda® Mascabado
  • enough of Kiwi to decorate
  • enough of watermelon to decorate

    Preparation

    Blend watermelon with lemon juice, water and Splenda® Sugar.
    Pour the preparation into popsicle molds filling ¾ of its capacity and accommodate wooden stick. Freeze about 3 hours or until solid.
    Blend the kiwi with the mint, water and Splenda® Muscavado brown sugar and pour into the popsicle molds, filling it completely. Freeze until they are completely solid.
    Remove the popsicles from the molds and decorate with kiwi and watermelon.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve, decorate with fresh kiwi and watermelon and enjoy.

    TIPS

    To easily remove the popsicles from their mold submerge the molds in room temp water and pull the popsicles out.
