With these palettes you will be prepared for the summer, refreshing mango and chili palettes with chamoy, with its sweet and bittersweet taste, this is the best option for this hot season.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup mango
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 envelopes Pure Via Stevia®
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon chile piquín powder
  • 1/2 cups mango, cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons chamoy

Preparation

In a blender add mango, lemon juice, Pure Via Stevia® sachets, water, and chili powder, blend until integrated.
In molds for pallets, add mango cubes, a little chamoy and fill with the previous preparation.
Place the palette sticks and freeze 3 hours or until they are completely solid. Unmold and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

On ice, accompanied by chili powder.

These palettes can be made all year round using frozen mango.
