Refresh yourself in this hot season with one of these three palettes, you can choose the lemon ice palette or the horchata ice lollipop or the jamaica ice palette. They are very easy to make and keep in your freezer for when you need a refreshing moment.

Ingredients

15 servings
  • 500 milliliters of lemon juice for lemon
  • 1.5 milliliters of Water
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of chia
  • 5 pieces of lemon cut into thin slices
  • 500 milliliters of Jamaica /hibiscus concentrate for the jamaica
  • 1.5 milliliters of Water
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 150 grams of cranberry
  • 500 milliliters of Horchata concentrate without sugar, for those of horchata.
  • 1.5 milliliters of Water
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of cinnamon stick slices

    Preparation

    Boil each concentrate with its respective ingredients for approximately 10 minutes at medium temperature.
    Allow to cool and pour into the molds for palettes, put the sticks, add the blueberries, cinnamon slice, sliced ​​lemons and put in the freezer for about 1 hour.
    To unmold the pallets take out the freezer and in the lava frets open the tap and let water run out of the molds until the pallet takes off pulling it from the stick, little by little.
    Remember that the fruits that you add must be the ones that give the flavor to each palette. Lemon and chia, Jamaica and cranberry, Horchata and cinnamon.

    PRESENTATION

    Put these tricolor ice palettes to the center of the table after the meal and your guests will take the one they like the most.

    TIPS

    Put your ice popsicles fruit cut into pieces so that they have textures when eating them and the flavor is more intense and natural.
