Preparation
Scrape the lemons and reserve the scrape, squeeze them and also reserve the juice.
In a saucepan mix the juice of lemons, eggs and sugar stirring constantly with a balloon whisk until the mixture thickens. Add the scrape.
Strain this cream by passing it through a strainer, stirring with a wooden spoon, let cool.
Add the yoghurt and mix well.
Serve in 6 deep plates and put in the refrigerator for one hour.
