This ice cream is lemon pie flavor a delicious and very traditional dessert. The best part is that you do not need an ice cream machine, you can prepare it in the comfort of your home and it is perfect for everyone to enjoy it.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 397 grams of condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon zest
  • 20 pieces of Maria cookie
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter without salt, melted

    Preparation

    Process the Marías cookies 1 minute until they are pulverized. If you do not have a food processor, you can crush them until they look like sand.
    Add the melted butter and mix very well. Reservation.
    Beat the cream very cold until it looks very thick and forms peaks.
    Mix the condensed milk with lemon zest and lemon juice with the balloon whisk.
    Add to the lemon mixture ¼ of the whipped cream. Mix very well with the balloon whisk.
    Gently incorporate the remaining cream, making it enveloping with a miserable or spatula. Do it in parts to make it easier.
    Empty in a mold ⅓ of the ice cream mixture. Cover with ⅓ of the cookie. Repeat the same 2 times to finish with a cookie layer on top.
    Freeze for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
    Store in a container with lid or something that can be covered in the freezer to last longer.

    TIPS

    You can not change condensed milk or whipped cream in this recipe. It's what makes ice cream without a machine, those two ingredients make it possible.
