A delicious mango cake that you will love. The easy recipe for mango and cheese cake is very easy to prepare, quick and with an exquisite taste. It is the perfect dessert for when you receive guests to eat at your house.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 mango
  • 380 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 on gelatin
  • 1 stick butter
  • cookies, to taste

Preparation

We crush the cookies very well and mix them with previously melted butter until we reach a dough and place it in the bottom of the mold.
We start by whisking the cream cheese and the milk to a smooth consistency.
We let the grenetina rest in water for five minutes, since we rest it in the microwave for 20 seconds and add it to the cheese mixture.
Since this mixed everything add the mango cut into cubes and refrigerate for 3 hours.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with mango slices.

TIPS

If you prepare it the night before, it tastes much richer.
