A mousse that mixes two great flavors such as chocolate and coffee; With this recipe for Chocolate Mousse and Coffee, everyone will be fascinated.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup Water
  • 10 grains coffee, chopped

Preparation

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Add coffee liqueur, coffee powder and water.
Add the yolks one by one, then the vanilla and let cool. Once warm, add the coffee beans.
Beat cream and egg whites until hard peaks form. Add the sugar little by little.
Add the cream to the chocolate, mixing it in an enveloping way.
Serve in transparent glasses and refrigerate.
