Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut milk for the creamy
  • 1/2 Cup of dark chocolate cut into small pieces, for creamy
  • 1 piece of avocado 1 piece ripe avocado without shell and boneless, for creamy
  • 4 pieces of boneless date cut into pieces for creamy
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence for the creamy
  • 1/2 Cup of boneless date cut into small pieces, for cover
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry for cover
  • 1/4 of Cup of flaxseed for cover
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry for cover

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat with coconut milk and remove when hot. Add the dark chocolate so that it melts and incorporates perfectly well. Cool the preparation a little. Reservation.
    In the processor add the avocado with the dates and the vanilla essence, process until the preparation becomes smooth and creamy, pour the molten chocolate into the processor to mix completely. Serve the preparation in cups and refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Heat a pot over medium heat, add dates with raspberry and flaxseed, crush the preparation until a thick sauce is formed. Remove from heat, cool and reserve.
    Serve the top on top of the creamy, decorate with raspberries, sprinkle the flaxseed.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the mousse in glass cups of your choice and add at the end the coverage of dates with flaxseed and a touch of red fruits to give color.

    TIPS

    So you can melt the chocolate faster, cut the chocolate into smaller pieces or use chocolate chips for baking.
