With this recipe you can prepare a delicious firm but creamy mango mousse and a touch of coconut.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 5 pieces of mango good size, peeled, boneless and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut water powdered
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of unflavored gelatin

    Preparation

    Blend all ingredients except the grenetina.
    Hydrate the grenetina and then melt it in the micro, leave only a few seconds.
