With this recipe you can prepare a delicious firm but creamy mango mousse and a touch of coconut.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 5 mangos, good size, peeled, boneless and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon coconut water, powdered
  • 1 glass milk
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin

Preparation

Blend all ingredients except the grenetina.
Hydrate the grenetina and then melt it in the micro, leave only a few seconds.
Include the blender the grenetina and liquefy a minute more or until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Put the mixture in a refrigerator container, and leave for 30 to 40 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with grated coconut.

TIPS

You can use coconut milk instead of the flavoring and it will be more creamy.
