This recipe is to prepare a Cold Mango Mouse with a light and creamy texture, it is perfect to be enjoyed in Mango season and to counteract the heat.

Preparation
In a small pot put ¼ cup of water and the envelope of gelatin and heat the water mixing the gelatin until it is 100% dissolved.
Blend mango, sugar, and vanilla in a blender. Once a mango puree is added, add the water with gelatin and re-liquefy.
Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and add the yogurt.
With an electric mixer beat the cream separately to achieve thick peaks.
Add the cream to the mango mixture and mix well to have a uniform mouse.
Put the mouse in 4 glasses of dessert glass and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (if possible all night).
