Ingredients

8 portions

  • 1/2 cups Water, (for the jam)
  • 1/2 cups sugar, (for the jam)
  • 1/2 envelopes gelatin, (7 g)
  • 1/2 envelopes strawberry jelly
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 4 pudding, danonino
  • 250 grams chocolate, for pastry

Preparation

First we will make the jam to put on the mousse, in a pot over medium heat, empty the strawberries, water and sugar and let it heat up to a boil. Do not forget to move constantly when you notice that it has a thicker consistency. we remove and let cool.
For the chocolate glasses, we inflate the balloons a little the size of a medium orange, we reserve, we melt the chocolate and warm we submerge the balloon in half later we put them on a tray with waxed paper to later remove them easier we put in the fridge and continue with the mousse, in the blender put the condensed milk, the half cream, the gelatin prepared and the danoninos, liquefy, empty in a container and put in the freezer.

PRESENTATION

Put a little of the mousse in a chocolate glass, on top of this, add a little of the jam.

TIPS

You can substitute danonino for Greek strawberry yogurt.
