Ingredients

  • 150 grams low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 on low calorie sweetener
  • 1 cup blackberry, natural or thawed
  • 1 on unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cups Water

Preparation

Blend well 1 glass of natural yogurt without fat (150 grams), an envelope sweetener without calories and 1 cup of natural or defrosted blackberries.
Dissolve 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of water at a time and mix well until set. Put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and stir it with yogurt. Make sure it is stirred well.
