Ingredients

  • 4 envelopes gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
  • 250 grams Stevia

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine from the beginning, let it harden and place it in a water bath so that it melts to a very low flame.

PRESENTATION

If you remove the mousse, place a bed of the macerated strawberries first and place the mousse on them. If you prefer to serve individually in glasses or glasses, place marinated strawberries as topping

TIPS

Place the mold or molds in the refrigerator in advance. In case you like to serve demolding it will be much simpler. If you use plastic mold the gelling will be much faster than in glass molds, although the presentation looks more in glass.
