For the half-day refreshing snack, enjoy these mango-made frozen popsicles stuffed with fresh fruits such as kiwi, blueberries and strawberries. Ideal to fill the craving for half a day. If you like it, you can add a touch of chili powder to make them more delicious. Try them

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 mango, only the pulp
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, filleted
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/4 cups blueberry
  • 1/4 cups chilli powder, optional

Preparation

Blend the water with the handle until a smooth mixture is left.
Serve the previous mixture in pallet molds and fill with the cut fruit.
Freeze for 2 hours or until perfectly well frozen.
Remove from freezing, accompany with fruits of your choice or the same as the filling. If you wish you can sprinkle with a little chili powder to give it a more spicy flavor.
Cool off and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve your palettes with a base layer to decorate. Accompany if you wish with fresh fruits.
