Ingredients

7 portions
  • 6 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cups cornstarch

Preparation

Dilute the corn starch in the water and reserve.
Cook pineapple juice with sugar over low heat.
When it is boiling, add the corn starch dissolved in the water and let it cook until it is thick moving periodically so that it does not burn.
Empty in a mold and take to the refrigerator.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with small pieces of pineapple or cinnamon powder.

TIPS

If you prefer you can replace the pineapple with parchita, you will have a better texture if you do it a day before serving.
