This rice pudding was a compliment to my husband who loves desserts but I wanted it to be different and well the result was wonderful. You can eat hot or cold at home or away.

Preparation
Wash the rice and reserve.
Cut the orange zest taking care that it goes without the white cut 3 strips of approximately 10 cm.
Put to sew milk with rice, cinnamon star anise and a strip of orange zest.
Once the rice is soft add the condensed milk sugar and taste if the orange flavor has already penetrated if it is not yet to your liking, add the other two orange strips, boil another 5 minutes and let cool.
