Preparation
Freeze evaporated milk for 3 or 4 hours.
Dissolve the flavor gelatin in 1 cup of water and let cool without setting.
Beat the milk until it is three times its size, remove the ice and have a spongy consistency.
Add the gelatine, without curdling but cold, without stopping to beat.
Place in a mold or refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Grind the cookies and add a small portion to decorate when serving.
