Preparation
Put the tapioca, sugar, coconut and milk in a small pot.
Mix well the whole and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until you see that it thickens.
During cooking, stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
Remove from the fire and let cool.
Divide the mixture into four glasses, filling them half full and insert them into the fridge to cool well.
You can put a jam, I have put some medlars in syrup.
