The tiramisu is a special cold dessert for this heat, it is coffee and chantilly cream; of Italian origin. It is the perfect dessert for a hot afternoon or for any important occasion; do not let it happen.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 200 milliliters whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, or impalpable
  • 1/2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 200 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 5 cookies, Express Rice
  • 100 milliliters coffee, cold
  • cocoa, bitter

Preparation

In a bowl beat the cream with the sugar to the point of chantilly.
Incorporate the essence of vanilla and cream cheese.
Place a layer of cream cheese in individual cups; Place on top of this a layer of cookies previously soaked in coffee, cover with more cream and repeat the operation.
Take to the refrigerator until it is very cold.

PRESENTATION

Before serving sprinkle with bitter cocoa.
