Preparation
For the crepes, in a bowl mix the flour with the pieces of San Juan® egg, coffee, sugar, coffee liquor and milk until you have a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
In a Teflon pan over medium heat pour a ladle of the crepes mixture and spread, cook each side for 2 minutes or until done.
For the cream, beat the mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar and the vanilla essence. Set aside.
For the assembly, in a cake ring place a crepe spread a little cream and repeat the process until the crepes are finished, remove the ring.
Cover the cake with the mascarpone cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cocoa and decorate with ladyfingers all around. Cut and serve with a cup of coffee.
