We cover it well with aluminum foil or plastic, and refrigerate 12 hours
Express coffee sauce. In a pan put to heat coffee and add sugar, mix well. When it reaches boiling point, lower the heat and let it reduce by moving from time to time until you get the syrup texture. It is best to reserve it in a bottle-type container for later use.
