Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 Nestle media creama
  • 1/2 liters whole milk
  • 6 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese

Preparation

In a bowl mix the evaporated milk, the condensed, the half cream, the vanilla (or chosen flavor) and the cheese, until integrating all the ingredients perfectly.
Once mixed, pass it through the colander to confirm that the cheese was correctly integrated with the milk.
Empty in a container with a capacity of two liters and add the whole milk to complete two liters of mixture.
List; This mixture yields to wet four loaves of 8 inches each or a bread of 14 inches.

TIPS

It is recommended to use this freshly made mixture to soak bread for cake, leaving it to rest on bread for 12 to 24 hours in refrigeration and covered perfectly, so that the bread absorbs it properly and does not crumble or drip when filling and decorating. It is also important that before dipping the bread is placed on a bag or plastic film in a deep container so that the absorption is even and allows us to cover without losing shape.
