Preparation
In a bowl mix the evaporated milk, the condensed, the half cream, the vanilla (or chosen flavor) and the cheese, until integrating all the ingredients perfectly.
Once mixed, pass it through the colander to confirm that the cheese was correctly integrated with the milk.
Empty in a container with a capacity of two liters and add the whole milk to complete two liters of mixture.
