This simple pistachio mousse dessert with vanilla is easy to prepare. It is very good as a light dessert for a summer night and you can present it in martini glasses so that it looks lucidor.

Preparation
In a blender , beat cream cheese and vanilla at medium speed until fluff.
With enveloping movements add the whipped cream (previously) and reserve.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar in the blender at high speed and wrap with a spatula with the cheese mixture. Finally, add the ground pistachios and the condensed milk in an enveloping way.
Serve the portions of the mousse in martini glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios on top.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until serving.
