It is a rich lemon pie that is very simple to make and it's delicious! The striking thing about this recipe is that everything is done in the blender!!!

Ingredients

11 servings
  • 7 green lemons
  • 1 package of Maria cookie
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • slices of green lemon
  • 1 bar of Butter

    Preparation

    Squeeze 7 lemons depending how acid you want it to taste, then crush the cookies by hand or in the blender.
    Melt the butter and mix with the cookies.
    Pour a can of evaporated milk into the blender, a can of condensed milk and the fresh lemon juice (from the lemons already squeezed), liquefy for 2 to 5 minutes until very well combined.
    Put the Maria cookies in the pie dish (the cookies already crushed and mixed with butter).
    Once pressed the Maria cookies mixture in the bottom and sides of the pie dish, pour the mixture into the pie dish.
    Finally put it in the refrigerator and let cool for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    PRESENTATION

    It is advisable to allow the crushed cookies to cool in the pie dish for 10 to 20 minutes so that they don't float to the top when adding the mixture.

    TIPS

    Put some lemon zest inside the blender and blend together so all the flavor of the zest remains impregnated in the mixture

    Queda muy rico, no queda aguda la mezcla si primero licuan las leches y después agregan el jugo d limón y vuelven a licuar, ya con la refrigeración qda muy bien
