Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of cream cheese (190 g)
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 4 pieces of vanilla flavor custard danette 100g each
  • 190 milliliters of orange juice
  • 2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (7 gc / u) hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a water bath
  • 45 pieces of Maria cookie
  • 1 1/2 sticks of Butter melted
  • 1 piece of Orange zest to decorate

    Preparation

    For the base, mix the cookies with the butter until completely integrated; Place them in the bottom of a cake mold previously lined with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and reserve.
    For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until acremar; It incorporates Danette® vanilla flavor with the orange juice and the previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
    Pour on the base of the pie and refrigerate for 1 hour or until the mixture is firm; Decorate the surface with orange zest.
    Desmolda and ready.

    Opino lo mismo, yo pienso que la base del pay se tenía que hornear durante 10 minutos y después enfriar con la mezcla
