Preparation

Place the strawberries over the jello and pour the rest of the strawberry jello, refrigerate until set. Release and reserve.
Heat the regular milk with the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, and the unflavored gelatin. Mix very well so that no lumps remain. Chill at room temperature, taking care not to curdle.
Pour 2 tablespoons of milk jello on a 20 cm diameter round pan, refrigerate until set.
Place the strawberry jello upon the milk jello and pour the rest of the jello until it gets completely covered . Refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with strawberries and mint.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with strawberries and serve with black tea or herb teas.

TIPS

The strawberry is a very acid fruit, therefore it is necessary to add a little more of grenetine, this will give more force to the jello, otherwise you will risk that it does not set.
