Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 4 cups walnut, toast
  • 5 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • enough milk caramel, to decorate
  • enough walnut, chopped and toasted, to decorate

Preparation

For gelatin, blend condensed milk with evaporated milk, cinnamon powder, walnut and vanilla essence until all the ingredients are integrated. Without stopping the blender, add little by little the grenetine in the form of slow stream. Pour the preparation into a gelatin mold of your choice.
Refrigerate until set, unmold and serve with the cajeta caramel at the center and decorate with more chopped nuts.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with cajeta caramel at the center and sprinkle with chopped walnut.

TIPS

So that the gelatin is spongy and soft, liquefy it for a few minutes, that will cause air to be incorporated into the mixture and air bubbles will form and when it is set it will make it more spongy.
