Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sprinkles, colored
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough cherries in syrup, to decorate
  • enough sprinkles, colored, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl using a whisk, mix the flour with the baking powder, powder sugar, vanilla, eggs, and the butter until it is completely integrated.
Add the colored sprinkles and pour the mixture into microwave-safe cups. Heat in the microwave for 1:30 minutes or until cooked.
Decorate with whipped cream, cherries in syrup and colored sprinkles. Enjoy
