Easy and delicious coquitos, are some drops made of grated coconut. They are delicious coconut sweets to eat mid-morning or mid-afternoon or give as a gift.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 10 cubic centimeters milk
  • 150 grams grated sweet coconuts
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Warm Milk with Vanilla.
Dump over coconut and sugar.
Add the eggs. The dough will remain moist.
Let stand in the refrigerator half an hour.
Enmantecar a source and form droplets with the preparation.
Bake with the oven in maximum between 5 or 8 minutes. Until we see the little tip with a golden color.

PRESENTATION

Ideal to present with a coffee or some other hot drink.

TIPS

If you want to throw sugar on top to give it a sweeter taste.
