Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups ear corn, shelled
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preparation

In a blender, mix the flour with the butter until it forms a sandy dough.
Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla. Mix for 5 minutes to form a dough. Cover with saucepan and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Blend the 3 eggs, cream cheese, condensed milk, corn, flour and vanilla. Reservation
Roll out the dough and form circles of approximately 7 cm, the size of your shortbread mold.
Varnish the mold with butter, and place the circles as shown in the video, chop the dough so that the steam comes out. Fill with the liquefied mixture, ¾ of the mold. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Serve on a wooden board and accompanied by a coffee.

Muy rico, a mi familia le encanto, los hice en molde de cupcakes mas chiquitos y me sobro mezcla y masa asi que hice un cubilete/pay en un refractario circular y quedo igual de rico, recomendado; con puro elote amarillo de lata lo hice, quedo bueno.
