Delicious coyotitas stuffed with dulce de leche with bread. Perfect to accompany them with coffee or milk.

Ingredients

30 portions
  • 4 cups flour
  • 3 bars cream cheese
  • 5 bars unsalted butter
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams cinnamon powder
  • 1 can dulce de leche (caramel)
  • 2 egg yolks

Preparation

Place the butter in the bowl of the blender until it is completely smooth, add the cream cheese, let it mix perfectly, add the icing sugar and flour little by little (the flour has to be sifted).
Since all the ingredients are mixed knead approx. 5 minutes and let stand about 30 minutes. While preheating the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the dulce de leche with the 2 yolks to fill.
Prepare the balls and crush them with a tortilla press, place the filling and close them by folding the edge with the fingertips.
Place in the tray and put them in the oven, because they are a little golden, remove them and sprinkle the sugar with the cinnamon. (Before mixing these last 2 ingredients).

PRESENTATION

Place them in an extended dish. You can also put them in a cellophane bag and give it as a gift as I did in this photo. I hope and you like them, I have had a lot of success with them.

TIPS

It is very important that the stuffing has egg yolks, otherwise it can come out and spill.
