Preparation
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees centigrade. Grease two molds to bake bread with butter.
With an electric mixer , mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs 1 in 1 and continue mixing.
Add the orange juice, the sour cream, the orange zest and the vanilla and mix for 2 more minutes.
In another deep bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture and the blueberries to the blender and mix with the wet ingredients.
Pour the dough into the baking pans and bake for 70-75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove the loaves from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes. Demolish.
In a deep bowl beat the icing sugar with the orange liqueur for the glaze. Spoon the loaves with the glaze and allow them to cool before serving.
