Ingredients

25 portions
  • 500 grams peanut, peeled without salt
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • butter

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat heat the peanuts, sugar and water.
Wait until it boils while moving.
Keep moving until the sugar hardens.
Empty the mixture in a tray previously greased with butter.
Separate the peanuts and let cool.
