Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups guava paste, or guava paste
  • 250 grams puff pastry
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted to varnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the guava paste into squares of 3 cmx 3cm.
On a smooth and floured surface, spread the puff pastry to a thickness of 4 mm.
Cut 2 large rectangles, place the guava paste a piece of cream cheese on the first rectangle, varnish the edges with beaten egg, cover with the second rectangle. Cut perfect pictures.
Varnish with melted butter.
Bake for 20 minutes.
