Ingredients

24 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cups unsalted butter, soft
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chip
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 boat vanilla frosting
  • artificial food coloring, green and yellow
  • chocolate chips, green
  • 1 stick White chocolate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a tray of 24 cupcakes put the pots.
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder in the bowl of the blender .
Add to the blender the sugar with the soft butter, the water, the vanilla extract and the eggs and stir until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Put the chocolate chips in a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of flour. Add to the mixer mix and stir briefly.
Divide the cupcake mix between the 24 cups until they are 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean.
Add a few drops of artificial green dye to the vanilla bitumen until you get the desired green.
When the cupcakes are cold add the bitumen and the green chocolate sparks.
With the help of a duya make the field lines in white color of bitumen.
Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie, put waxed paper in a tray and then paint with a few drops of artificial yellow dye the chocolate.
Put the melted chocolate in a duya and on the waxed paper to form the Y of goal. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes and then put them in the cupcake.
