Ingredients

12 portions
  • 125 grams butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas, pureed
  • 1/2 cups natural yogurt
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • cinnamon
  • 1 boat vanilla frosting
  • 1 banana, pureed (for bitumen)

Preparation

The butter is added with the sugar, the eggs and the vanilla are added.
The dry ingredients loosen and they are added to the previous mixture until forming a very uniform mixture.
Yoghurt and banana puree are added and mixed.
Cupcakes are placed in the molds, the mixture is poured and put into the hot oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Mix the vanilla bitumen with the pureed banana, with the help of a duya put the bitumen in each cupcake, decorate each one with two slices of banana and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
