Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl beat the sugar, oil and vanilla together, with an electric mixer, add the eggs 1 at a time.
In another bowl sift together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
With the electric mixer at low speed add half the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and then the other half.
Add the grated carrot, raisins and nuts to the previous mixture. Mix well, add the mixture to the cupcake mold.
Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool to put the bitumen.
BETÚN: in a bowl add cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Once it is well mixed, add the powdered sugar and beat until it is creamy, when the cupcakes are cold, add the bitumen.
