Traditional and delicious carrot cupcakes. They are moist, spongy and have an excellent flavor. You can prepare them for any occasion or just to enjoy them one afternoon at home; as well as decorating them with some rich cheese bitumen or eating them alone.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups carrot, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup vegetal oil
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they are perfectly unified and making a consistent paste.
Fill the molds for cupcakes in half or 2 thirds at the most.
Bake for 20 or 25 minutes and stick a toothpick making sure it comes out completely clean.
Chill for 10 minutes before eating.

Exelente Me agrada la rectas fácil de preparar y bien explicada pero me gustaría que explicarán como hacer el betún para decorar
