If you are a fan of Chai Tea, these delicious Chai Cupcakes will be your undoing, the combination of species gives them an incredible flavor that is deliciously contrasted with the bitumen that leads to the end.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cups raw sugar
  • 3/4 cups oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups Water, hot
  • 2 sachets chai tea
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons whole clove, powdered
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 stick cream cheese, (90 grams)
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Beat the whites to the point of nougat and set aside.
Put the tea bags in the hot water and allow to cool.
Beat the yolks until acremar and add the sugar muscabado little by little.
Add oil, warm tea and incorporate very well. .
Add the flour little by little, the baking powder and the pulverized species until integrating.
Add the beaten whites in enveloping form.
Bake at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes in a greased muffin tray.
For the bitumen: Beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar and the vanilla until you obtain a soft bitumen.

PRESENTATION

Once baked the cupcakes decorate with the bitumen and sprinkle a little cinnamon on each one.

A través de iOS Quedan ricos. Aunque para mi gusto les falta más sabor a chai, saben muy poquito. Y quedan algo secos.
