Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. In a mold for cupcakes place 18 cups. Set aside.
In a bowl mix the galltea with 1/4 cup of sugar and the melted butter. Place 2 tablespoons of this paste in each layer and flatten with the back of a tequila glass. Set aside.
In the blender , beat the cream cheeses until they are soft. Add the eggs, lemon juice and sugar until they are incorporated. Fill each layer on the cookie with 3 spoons of this mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chopstick comes out dry. Allow to cool inside the molds for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour with the cups still in place. Once firm remove the pot. Raise the cream to beat and put a spoonful on each cupcake. Decorate with the fruit of choice and keep refrigerated until serving time.
